I usually come to this place all the time- especially in summer. I love the flavore and the idea of something sweet yet healthy. But tonight I showed up and grabbed the last parking spot. The place had about six families and was open. I was quickly waived down and told that I could not get anything and the place way closed- understandable. But I am a professional and know what customer service is (the five star plus kind). I apologiZed and left catching glimps of moms giving me the "I'm sorry" look. The experience sucked. The main problem is their toppings don’t have enough turn-over, and so are likely to be stale. I’ve had problems with almonds, banana chips, even the hot fudge (it had caked up in the nozzle). They should cut back on the variety, so that what they have is fresh.

The greatest frozen yogurt shop in Yakima! They have coffee and soups too!! Smoothies can be made from the yogurt and they have Italian sodas for the kids. There is so much more on the menu there also. The frozen yogurt flavors change weekly because they have to keep them from going bad but that means new flavors to try all the time!
