The apartments are very nice at a very good price. They are very clean and other tenants seem to be pretty quiet in my area of the complex. The apartment is wired up for internet with Ethernet jacks in the living room, kitchen and the bedrooms. There is a small enclosure at the back of one of the closet housing the network equipment for CenturyLink, though you don't have to use them for your services (I went with Charter). Soundproofing I'd say is better than average. You can also pay your rent online now which is very convenient!
The complex as a whole is pretty clean as well. There are clusters of two garbage bins and one recycle bin throughout the complex which is very nice. There's a pool and a fitness center which are both very nice however, for as large as the complex is shaping out to be, there probably should be two pools and the fitness center could stand to be a bit larger. That said the fitness center here is still three times the size of the one in the last complex I lived at which was about the same size as this complex. There is a walkway around a pond in the front of the complex which often has ducks and geese bobbing around in it. When it rains in the summer the frogs come out and can be found all over the place near the pond and the parking lot next to it. It can be fun!
The parking spaces are nice and wide so you don't have to worry about someone parking too close or dinging the side of your car with their door. However, each unit only gets one space and parking for a second car or guests can be challenging to find. Note that the complex is still being developed and this may get better.
Pets are not allowed but if you were to have a "service animal" you would be one among many...
Read moreI am pleased.Great place to live. Rent is reasonable with WSG paid, free in unit washer/dryer, free pool, and gym, it levels it out. Rent Clean and safe environment. Security at night and well lit parking lots. Well maintained grounds and maintenance requests are fast. Parking can be tough to find after 8 pm. Tenants range from PNWU students and middle-aged families. There is a no pet policy, yet there seem to be lots of dogs. I assume they are qualified as assistant/emotional pets. With the number of dogs, I assume the policy that qualifies service animals are relaxed. Update: I appreciate mgmt keeping rent affordable. These apartments have maintained a reasonable price compared to other properties around the city. Well worth the price for a unit that is well maintained and zero...
Read moreI lived here for a little over 2 years I loved the inside just wish there was more room the neighborhood was nice & safe. What I didn’t like is that the price goes up 100 each year. Also the neighbors on top were so loud we would tell the office about it they would let us know that they contacted them, yet they would still make noise stomping/talking loud. You can hear everything which was horrible we were able to hear the people down stairs moaning loud every day which was so annoying and disturbing you can hear up stairs & down stairs people snore that’s how thin the walls are. They need to upgrade and sound...
