We were so happy to find this tiny home park. It's quiet , peaceful, gated. Two great churches close- meat market - produce stand within 1 mile. Post office and bank real close. 13 miles to sulphur springs ! Has a pond on site that we love to explore. We're especially thankful for the owners they have been outstanding !! I have never had a better landlord than Brian and Lisa. The Homestead didn’t have a ton of residents when we first moved in, so it’s nice to see that it is growing.
