Ive been a loyal customer since the store opend in yarmouth and never had a problem till thurs. 11/7 I went in to get a new phone and was lied to about up next upgrade and told my phone had to be in brand new out of the box condition or I had to pay off my current phone. Called portland store and was told normal wear and scratches was fine as long as the phone wasn't broken! Very disappointing when when a business is dishonest after giving them so much money over the years! Update dec. 3rd since I can't write a 2nd review I'll update this one. Just had my 2nd bad experience went back in to try again to get a new phone and am now told this time my phone was in good enough condition but my "grandfathered" next up plan that I've been paying for years and never used dosnt cover the same amount of trade in value, it's so rediculouse how it's always some reason they don't need to honor there contract!! Read moreFirst I called the store six times in a one-hour period, wanting to ask if they carried cases for the iPhone 11. Kept getting a recording saying they were "busy with other customers" and to call back later. Finally I drove the 8 miles to the store and found it empty of customers, with two clerks who looked like teenage boys. They were both playing on their cell phones.
