Verizon — Local services in Yarmouth

I have a question... are the services at the Station Ave store the same services as the Verizon store in Hyannis across from the mall? From reading the reviews, it appears to be. But when the store first opened it had limited services; I think it was accessories only.

Based on the owner response it appears my review was not clear. When I mentioned “services” in my review I didn’t mean customer service. In the past when the store first opened you could only buy phone accessories. At first, the store didn’t have any phones. It was not a full service Verizon store. I wanted to talk to someone about trading in my phone for an upgrade and maybe get into a new phone plan. Can this be done at the Station Ave store? Or do I have to go to...

Totally dissatisfied with the sales and service at this Verizon store. Marcus sold me a phone recently and convinced me to do auto-pay for $10 less per month. I was assured the discount would apply to my CREDIT card. When my card changed, I went to the store to change the card, I was told that the discount ONLY applies to debit cards and direct payments from bank checking accounts. Marcus refused to acknowledge that he misspoke earlier and that the discount does not apply to credit cards. Based on a promised discount that did not materialize, I feel I was up sold. The Customer Service individual should not be left on his own. He has no idea how to work with people. When a problem arose he treated me like a 5 year old. I'm older but tech savvy. I ended up fixing the problem with Customer service over the phone. Between having to have a pin (which I was not told was required) and trying to get my apple watch I was there for 2.5 hours. The phone never was set up. I was so frustrated with his skater boy laissez-faire attitude I left. I'm going to another store. It was completely frustrating.
