Subway — Restaurant in Yarmouth

As someone who works in the food industry, I would be happy to answer the review below. Due to Covid-19 many distributors are having a difficult time supplying stores and restaurants with the items they need hence why a place like Subway may be out of certain items. As to the grocery store being across the street. While distributors take precautions and safety measures when packing and sending products such as produce to restaurants and grocery stores, once they have been put out for the consumer anything can happen. I have personally seen a person sneeze into their hand and then pick up a few loose apples before putting them back on the shelf at the store. Restaurants are not allowed to just run to the store and purchase these loose unpackaged items for just that reason. No amount of washing is going to remove the possibility of Covid from a cucumber or tomato. I hope this helps in understanding this issue that is effecting many businesses...

The girl who was working on very nice the manager was rude Clyde had a free subs for $17.99 coupon what half so that I have to go through on the coupon it says certain Subs you don't get like the boss and the other ones but steak and cheese was not on there so that you can't get it and what hassle did I go through when I student and get it steak and cheese is not on there for not one of the subs just the attitude I never had one of these coupons before well guess what that's not my problem I won't go there again his attitude was awful couldn't speak good English the girl was making my steak and cheese he comes out said steak and cheese ain't on there she took all the stuff off my steak and cheese threw away the onions and green peppers put the steak back into the Container when it was on my sub already and I walked out with no sub my steak and cheese I got other ones that were all training your people...

Used to manage most of these locations for the owner , moved back to the area frequently come to whites path if Kennard isn’t there working nothing is done right I had to drive all the way back to get my sun corrected because they literally only put meat and cheese on it. Laurie (owner) used to be on top of training the crew she was very diligent and had pride in training but I’m a little concerned the staff working now , is the food safe ? So many things run thru my head as I was again a former manager for this franchise. I hope things get better here cannot just have one employee that knows what he is doing at this location. Plus I am 7 months pregnant so the worries keep on coming with the food safety. Wish I could help this location because whites path used to be an easy location to learn and train staff in.
