This company is THE worst. I had them for approx 8 years at first. My bill was never under 130 during the winter or summer. I was rarely home. Even when we moved out the bill was still over 100 with no one living there. Then when I moved back, they made us redo all kinds of lines because they weren't up to standards according to them. Finally got them to approve turning them on and they charged me $650 for a deposit!! I kept them on for TWO weeks. The lady in the office told me I would not be charged a bill when they sent my deposit back. However they charged me a 25 dollar membership fee plus a 38 dollar bill for two weeks and i had not even lived there one day!! Its been over a month and they still have not returned my deposit.
