Theyâre so rude at this location unfortunately it also happens to be the closest one to my house & Iâd rather drive the extra mile sometimes to avoid this store because of the poor customer service. When you call theyâre rude they rush you off the phone & give you attitude instead of greeting you & making you feel welcomed. I also have been told that high demand items such as hello kitty canât be put on hold, itâs âfirst come first serve.â But when it comes to the employees they make their own rules & say that itâs suddenly okay to hold items when they wanna hide something from a customer. I went to buy something that apparently was on hold, they told me it was being held until 7:30 it was around 7 & they didnât want to sell it đ Jesse the manager said it was okay to hold hello kitty, so I didnât get the item. I went back to see if it was still there at closing & I saw that an employee had it in a bag & ended up keeping it for them selfđ Itâs a really nice store. I go to Tj Maxx & Homegoods about 5 times a week, I spend a lot of $ in their stores, I would appreciate it if the customer service was a little better & they treated customers with more...

They have a wide range of items and their selection changes weekly, at a minimum. Their prices are unbeatable and selection is great. The only downsides? Their shelves can be disorganized, items are sometimes damaged, and the store is constantly pushing people to sign up for their credit card. Their revolving inventory also means that items may not be restocked again if they sell out so if you're considering it, just BUY IT because it may not be available later!
This location is located in a shopping plaza next to Trader Joe's and isn't huge, but not small either. Holiday decorations, candles, faux plants, linens/pillows/bedding, kitchenware, furniture, gifts and trinkets, pet supplies, artwork - they've got it all! They don't carry clothing, shoes, toys, jewelry, or beauty products so look to Ross, TJ Maxx, or Marshalls for that.

Read moreWorse customer service at this location. I came in trying to buy some things for my new home with an e gift card I received as a house warming gift. My gift card wouldnât scan then the cashier proceeded to call the manager of the location over. Let me just say that this wasnât the first time I tried to use an e gift card that wouldnât scan I donât know what it is about these cards that They donât scan but last time I went to home goods the kind cashier just typed in all the information manually and gift card went through no problem but this time at this home goods the manager refused to type it in saying it was against their policy. I also tried to explain to her what the last cashier had done and the manager just wouldnât type it in Iâm not to sure if she was just too lazy to type it in or what. I donât see the big issue with manually typing in a gift card number and pin. Itâs not like I just had the number I had the actual E gift card...
