Absolute worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had the displeasure of ordering from. I never write reviews, but I couldn’t help but let people know what an awful Pizza Hut this is. Pizza and all other food here is subpar at best, but it is NEVER delivered on time and I’m not even exaggerating. It’s almost always at the very least a 1 hour wait. Every time we call to see what’s going on they rarely answer. Once was on hold with them for about an hour and the pizza took probably 2 hours and 30 minutes to get here. They gave us a coupon for a free pizza after that incident but it expired that month so I never got to use it. They have just awful costumer service. Ordered one New York pizza , 1lg pepperoni,sausage and half pineapple and the other half mushrooms all pizza was cold. Also ordered boneless bbq wings that were so hard we couldn’t eat and mild wings on the bone they were a little hard but we could eat then. I called got a young girl who had an attitude from the start. Mind you I was not going to ask for anything I just wanted to tell them it’s all. I asked for the manager and she hung up on my. Called back talked to the manager he was a lot better. Still make me feel like I was in the wrong.
