Unfortunately woefully disappointing. My fiancé called to attempt to find a time to have her diamond engagement ring appraised (my late mother's ring from the 1960's). The ring is extremely important to us, because it is our engagement ring as well as it having been my late mother's engagement ring. When simply asked to have the ring appraised in person, my fiancé was met with an appalling response, "excuse me ma'am but no one wants to steal a marquis diamond." This is not only a horrid way to treat a potential customer but was as if she was saying that my late mother's engagement ring and my engagement ring is basically refuse/garbage. I have had several other pieces of jewelry appraised over the years in person, by knowledgeable jewelers in person (prior to our move to this area). The entire experience and the pretentious and ostentatious behavior shown to my fiancé is unacceptable. Do not trust a business that is so cavalier in insulting and disgracefully speaking down to someone so easily. If the woman who fielded that phone call from my fiancé today (3-3-17) represents the business a whole, then stay far far away from this business and its employees.
