Firefly Pizza and Grill — Restaurant in York Township

This place used to be great, but I think the original owners sold the place under new management. i ordered a chicken ranch pizza with bacon, and it used to have ranch as the sauce, with mozzarella cheese, and thick slices of seasoned chicken breast. The pizza i got this time however looked like a paper thin cracker, absolutely no ranch under the cheese and the bacon and chicken were so overcooked it was hard to chew. The only ranch on the pizza was a thin drizzle on top, and the edge crust took up half the slice. I had to REWARM the pizza in the oven when we got it home (we live like 5 mins away so it shouldn't have been cold). Our pizza was excellent. I love bread. Their crust was superb. Mozzarella Sticks were good but the Marinara was great. Nice balance. I had the pepper steak hoagie. I’m not a fan of pizza shop baked rolls. I prefer a Liscio’s or Amaroso roll. I’d still have preferred those but Firefly rolls didn’t detract from the sandwich. Disappointing. Pizza was severely undercooked. Given wrong order after getting a call that they gave our order away and were out of some ingredients. Pizza is sloppy and too thin. Owner was rude when we asked for a refund for terrible incorrect food. Such a bummer the other pictures looked so good....
