Buyer beware-- I agree there are interesting finds here. However I purchased a Simon Pearce Woodbury bowl last week as a gift. The sales person took it right off the display and said he'd package it well, which he did. However the next day I gave this gift to my friend who opened it and I immediately noticed there were fingetrprints on the bowl. So I offered to wipe it for her, and while doing so, immediately noticed a scratch on the bowl. I was horrified and thought this might be a seconds or something- I have purchased many Simon Pearce bowls from other venues and the Simon Perace store itself and never had this happen. I called the gallery the next day- and spoke to a salesperson who was going to have the manager call me back. That has not yet happened. This purchase was a $152.00, so not a lot of money but certainly worthy of a response. Buyer beware if purchasing Simon Pearce products...

I frequent these types of stores and these people made me feel unusually weird and marginalized as a young, individual male shopper - particularly the sketchy floor guy!

Sneaking up behind me multiple times. Taking a dinner plate from me as soon as i picked it up (indicating he thought I was going to steal a full sized plate 🤔) . Just so odd and strange.

What an overly pretentious store with grossly inflated prices.

Sure; there were some very high end items here. No question about that, but a tiny pitcher for over $200? I don’t think so.

I did find one item I very much wanted, but there was no one at the counter to check me out. I could easily have walked out with the item. Instead, I just left it on the counter after looking for someone for about ten minutes.

This is clearly a store for rich snobs who are okay with wasting their money and who delight in yammering with the staff who do not seem interested in...
