This was some of the best Chinese food my family and I have had in a long time. The food was hot , fresh and packed with flavor. I purchased a #31 : chicken fingers , egg roll , and I substituted the steak for chicken teriyaki on a stick. I also purchased an order of pan fried Peking Dumplings. The meal came with a good amount of pork fried rice, which was very good. The chicken fingers were pretty standard. The egg roll was AMAZING. I could barely fit it in my mouth, it was crunchy and filled with delicious vegetables. I could have eaten only those and been happy. My favorite part of the meal was the pan fried Peking Dumplings. It's not often I find a place that makes them just right and this place NAILED IT. The outside was a combo of crunchy and chewy, the inside was loaded with flavorful soft meat and juices that poured out with every bite . I couldn't have asked for a better dumpling experience. I noticed the teriyaki steak on a stick was a reddish hue so I had a sample of my nieces. It looks and tastes like the same sauce that they put on the spare ribs and it's been a very long time since I have seen a Chinese Restaurant use that on the teriyaki steak. It was very good, the steak was so soft , the end of it that wasn't held up by the stick flopped down. The service was a 3 due to us being rushed to order by two different people in the beginning. The establishment was not busy at all and didn't get busy the entire time we were there. They also forgot to make the two #27s that we ordered for the kids. We were being patient and thought that it was taking extra time to cook , however , the adults were half way finished their meals and nothing was brought out for the children. The establishment was clean , the staff was friendly, they gave the adults real chopsticks (not the disposable kind) to use and they even gave one of the kids a special pair of chopsticks. The total was 136 dollars for a family of 6 (4 adults and two children). Each of us picked a combo meal off the lunch special , we ordered several appetizers , and two adults had an alcoholic beverage. I do wish there was a kids menu. I will be back for those Peking Dumplings and egg rolls!

The restaurant was highly recommended by one of our Ravelco Anti-Theft Device customers. Not your typical Chinese Restaurant... The restaurant is cozy and not loud and noisy- a refreshing change from the chain restaurants. Upon entering the establishment, we were immediately greeted by a very friendly host who quickly seated us in a comfortable booth. Our server, Heidi was pleasant, personable, cheerful and happy to help. She immediately brought our water with no ice and lemon followed by our two appetizers: Chicken Teriyaki and Peking Pan Fried Dumplings. Next, she brought our entrees. My wife had Beef with Extra Mixed Vegetables and I had the Hunan Three Delight with Extra Mixed Vegetables. All of the food was prepared and cooked to perfection- Yummy, tender, perfectly seasoned and just plain delicious! All of the staff are very friendly and they work as a team to ensure that all customers are properly attended to. I strongly recommend that you arrive early to beat the rush. The restaurant is award winning and a hot spot for the locals. In addition, they prepare an insane amount of take out orders. The establishment is very well maintained and clean- including the bathrooms. We will definitely be returning when we are in the area. Give them a try... You won't be disappointed!

It's below average for Asian food. The atmosphere is nice, and the service is quick. Sadly the food is a raw deal (pun intended.) 1) At the end, the fortune cookies were cracked and stale. 2) I was happy with my Sashimi Deluxe. The fish was cold, tasty, and well presented. 3) The shrimp with peaches was sad. They use canned peaches, and the shrimp were fried. Not what we expected. It also did not come with rice and had to order it on the side. Other area restaurants would serve this dish with rice. 4) The basic roll was very basic. Got a salmon roll which was only salmon, no scallion. It was also on the warmer side. 5) The Spider Roll claimed it was soft shell crab, but it was imitation. It was also tempura, but did not say so. 6) The crab Rangoons were very good, but a similar item exists on a competitor's menu nearby; so not exceptional for the area. Overall, it was very expensive for the quality of the food. It was served up quick... Almost too quick! We barely enjoyed the appetizers before our dinners arrived. I will not be returning. There are other restaurants nearby, like Bamboo Garden, that offer better value and quality.

My experience: Ordered online on a Friday at 6:22pm. Paid in advance on website and was given a 15-20 min time frame. Sent hubby there after 20 min. When he arrived there was a crowd of people scattered around the parking lot outside. He soon realized the routine: everyone distancing themselves until the order/phone numbers were held up in the window on the back of a paper placemat. If you see your number then you could enter the building but obviously one at a time. I called repeatedly from home and finally got through around 6:48. I questioned the timing (it had been 25+min) and gave my phone number. I was then told “online doesn’t know our busy time... it’s takes hour, hour and half when we’re busy!” I said “ok well it’s been over 25 minutes now so how much longer will it be?” She stated “probably about a half hour more” I told my husband to come home and I’d return at the one hour mark. I arrived at 7:25 (thinking I was late) to find another crowd of people. I tried calling several times from the parking lot, as did others waiting, no answer or a busy signal... every...time. Eventually I saw my # after waiting outside for almost an hour, almost 2 hours after ordering. At pick up the man merely handed me my bag of food. No apologies or concern for all the time we were spending outside in the cold (attempting social distancing). No discount or refund-obviously. The food was hot, at least, but for $30 the portions were not plentiful AND I find it absurd that if you want rice you have to order it- it’s NOT included with any dinner option. I’ll find another Chinese restaurant as there awards mean nothing at the end of the day. Customer service...

So this was my very first time going to this restaurant. A co-worker Spoke highly of this particular place so I figured I would drive and go check it out. I work in Portsmouth but I live in New Hampshire so it's over an hour for me. I spent about $80. I had three items that I was very disappointed. One was Rice noodles. It had shrimp and vegetables in it. It was about $18.95. I got the item home and I noticed after taking a few bites that there was a small piece of hard white plastic that was very sharp that I discovered in my mouth. We were unable to eat any more of it. The second item that I was very displeased about. I ordered shrimp fried rice. My husband is a vegetarian and only eats seafood I bought the rice for him when I got home it was pork fried rice. Therefore, he could not eat it. After trying to pick out the pork, he noticed a Black hair in the food. That's the second item we could'nt eat. That was $13.95. The third item that we were not pleased about. I ordered vegetable and shrimp tempura. It had a rather large handful of green beans. One slice of sweet potato cut in half and one slice of zucchini cut in half. The prescription said that it had four jumbo shrimps when we took off the batter it was two large shrimp, not jumbo and they were cut in half for $13.95. so when I called them on the 9th of September yesterday to make a complaint with someone in charge, the only thing that the guy said was I'll make sure that I tell the kitchen this and nothing else was said. Seriously. That's all you had to say. I will never go back there and the friends that told me about this place have also said they will never...
