I wanted to find a pair of Grace & Lace distressed jeggings since they have been sold out for a while. Lois Pearl had the jeans, so I placed my order. Not only did my shipment arrive quickly, but there was a very nice and thoughtful surprise inside. I mistakenly received the wrong pair of sunglasses and after emailing Erin she was able to figure out that they had mixed my order up. Erin helped me out when the wrong order came in and refunded the sunglasses as the original ones I wanted were not in stock. I highly recommend this user friendly...
