Usually a good experience , but lately it's been kind of hit or miss. Bought 2 vapes and the coil burned up in both the same night that I bought them. This wasn't the first time i've had them crap out really quickly either. Went back and bought 2 oxbar magic maze and the one which is supposed to be blueberry, strawberry, dragonfruit is actually the mint flavor. I know it's not really the stores fault but when i bought the first 2 the cashier sat and watched me try probably 10 defective ones before we switched to a different brand that worked. Then those two died the same night and once you leave the store they're non returnable. Basically it's not their fault they're defective but it is their fault that they continue to sell them knowing they're defective when they could probably send them back to the vendor they get them from...
Read moreI have been shopping here for over two years and here are some things I’ve noticed, Very knowledgeable staff, always willing to help customers, if there is something you want that you don’t see they will do what they can to either restock it or find it so it’s there. The manager that works there has always been very nice when I have come in, Mel has always treated not only me but any other customer I’ve seen in there with the best treatment she can. She does a great job and is a valuable asset to the company. She works very hard and usually remembers what most people come in there to buy so when they come in she can get what they need and or want and get them on there way in a timely manner. Read moreI always have a great experience with the gentleman with longer hair in the evenings, however I’ve come in a few times in the morning and the employee Melissa has greeted me with very poor customer service skills. Melissa seems to be a manager of the store so it is very disappointing for someone in charge to set the example of poor customer service. You never receive a greeting from her as you enter the store, if you greet her yourself you get no response other than a nasty look. There is multiple instances of her serving me and I have to wait about 5 mins to get what I needed, while she does other back of house tasks.
