China Wok — Restaurant in Young Township

A second party which I know made a review to this establishment a few days ago about a terrible experience I had. I simply did not know that the rice was in my meal already (I had simply thought it would be in the white containers they use). I went into China Wok and asked if they had forgotten my rice. When I said this the lady was immediately was rude and took everything out of my bad and threw it on the counter she then proceeded to yell at me and was very frustrated that I did not understand. She made me put all of the items back in the bag after she threw a fit all because I did not understand what she meant. I finally felt VERY unsafe because she was getting very mad and I left with my food after I had to clean it all up. In result of her throwing my food on the counter there was sauce spit all along the container because she threw it and I had to clean it up myself. The lady is awfully rude and it is very upsetting because their food is good. However the service is awful and the attitude I experienced was like no other. They then proceeded to lie on a reply back to the review the second party commented stating things that did not happen. They wanted to give me a refund but wanted me to take down the review. Ordered the pu pu plater to try something I have had before. While waiting used the very dirty restroom. Should have left at that point. Food arrived pretty quickly. Every was fried in old burnt grease idk if it's supposed to be or not. But the "fan tail" ship thing had a metal shaving in it. I found it in my mouth. Like from drilling a metal plate or something. I said something just let them know. But, they didn't seem concerned 1 bit. The young man taking orders seemed like he may be slightly autistic so I don't hold his response against anyone. My husband (Chinese) and I (white) were in town and felt adventurous, so we decided to experience this restaurant since it had such mixed reviews on Google. The food was really good! The woman in charge of the register was nice to us. She was able to speak in chinese with my husband. The lunch prices are very cheap. We ordered two meals, each were about 11 dollars and tasted great. I think the place would benefit with some interior painting and maybe a cleaner bathroom. It looks like a small mom n' pop family owned restaurant. I'd recommend their food to family and friends. This was our first experience and it was a good one. My husband and I will be back...
