I had a unique experience with ar15discounts. I checked all of my go to websites for a defender xl and everyone had it for 399..stumbled on ar15discounts and they had it for 255 shipped. I was skeptical because I never ordered anything from them before.... so I checked the forums and other sources for reviews and authenticity.... everyone said they were good to go so I pulled the trigger(couldn't pass up a great deal).....I got shipping notification, everything looked good, tracked the package and it was delivered in my mailbox a few days later.... I went to retrieve the box and I noticed the packaging was as if it was either packed with no care or maybe it got slightly opened in transit. Went in the house to open the box so I can mount my red dot and SURPRISE no red dot..... Vortex box was there but there was nothing inside the box, no dot, screws, paperwork, NOTHING...so immediately I thought I got scammed by ar15discounts...(because of the low price) I looked for a customer service number and nothing, couldn't get a hold of anyone..... they have a chat and email/message system, that's the only way to speak to anyone.... so I filled out the form and requested a call back, I sent an email and to my surprise I got a call back the same day from Eric... I explained what happened and he assured me that they would take care of it once they investigated the situation. I had to fill out a police report and send a bunch of pictures of the box( it was definitely tampered with either from the warehouse or the usps) someone stole the red dot and all the contents and left the empty box.....Eric was very communicative during the whole process and very helpful.... they shipped out another RDS to me within a few days... overall I had a positive experience with ar15discounts, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and great customer service( although you have to wait for a call back... I would highly recommend ar15discounts and I will purchase from them again without...

My brother and I both ordered the 500 count Win. 45ACP ammo separately on 11/30. I didn't get a shipping notice until 12/05. Okay, I can see it taking 5 business days for it to be queued to ship. by the 12th of Dec after checking the shipping status it showed it still in "label created" status. By now my brother has already received his order. I submitted a message request because the "live Chat" is a non-functioning option =) I scoured the internet for a phone number because they dont list one (here it is btw 1855-556-2230) but when you call no one ever answers and your option is to leave a voicemail. on dec 16th they sent me an email to review this purchase and on Dec 20th I received the email that they canceled my order and submitted a refund due to it not having any movement after the label being created which at the time of this review has still not been credited back to my account. Overall I paid $200+ bucks to not receive any product and minimal support. While the product is probably fine, I wouldn't recommend...

Ordered a scope from them on sale. Around $900. Took way too long to process. Received the scope only to be sent an open box with a scope obviously having been mounted in rings. Sent the item for return. Not because I didn’t want the item but AR-15 discounts advertised a new item and sent a used one. Was not asked by AR-15 discounts if there was any solution they could do to remedy the situation just return the item. After they received the item based on ups shipping info I had to contact them to make sure they received the item and was sent a return email saying yes and that it would take 5 more days to process the return. Got the refund finally after several days only to be shorted $32 from my original purchase price. I’ve never dealt with a more frustrating experience in my life. Would not recommend anyone purchase anything from this company even if they have good prices. If they have had such a hard time with this single transaction I can’t imagine how their business stays afloat. Good luck and don’t use...
