Went to them for skylines, custom made, got a lot of run around, its been almost a month and they seem to want you to beg for pricing then really just give you pricing. I have a customer waiting for pricing from me and i am about to lose my sale because they do not know how to tell the truth. Every time i speak to them it is another stall tactic, wait another week maybe more is their answer Do not waste your time on them and beware of Joel Mosca, he makes you think you are important and offers lots of information till it comes time to giving you real pricing. I guess being that he is an owner he feels he can treat you badly and it is okay. What a huge waste of time and all i am trying to do is make me money and make them money as well. Guess they got too much business then can afford to lie to customers or my sale is not as big as others, so put me on the shelf cause last time we talked i was getting a price finally on Tuesday to only get another excuse from one of the "owners"
Of course they do not say that i left 3 voicemails asking for help from "joel" for 3 1/2 weeks, all calls went unanswered. And of course his way of doing business is to blame the customer. Do not give a date for pricing if you are not going to live up to that date. Also knowing that i been asking for 3 weeks prior, again not customer fault that you do not check all your voicemails or call someone back within a reasonable time. Again, blame the customer is how he...
Read moreTowards the end of November each year, our Public Works crew installs over 80 wreaths throughout Lexington in preparation for the holidays.
Just after Thanksgiving in 2022, I received several comments from local residents and visitors alike about the condition of the bows on the wreaths displayed around the City. Sure enough, the bows were no longer red, but orange, and some of them were in a sorry state of deterioration. We realized that we needed to replace the bows before the 2023 holiday season.
As luck would have it, Nina Scherotter of Mosca Design contacted me in January 2023 to let me know their holiday decorations were on sale. Nina and Joel Mosca then made a visit to Lexington to meet with me and our Public Works Manager to look over our inventory. They not only determined what needed to be replaced, but also made very good suggestions for ways to save money.
At that meeting, we realized that our original decorations came from Mosca Design back in the 1990s – which demonstrates how long they held up before needing to be replaced.
We were very pleased with the attention to detail, the customer service, and the follow-through from Mosca Design. The new wreaths and bows looked beautiful this past holiday season – and I was grateful to hear several compliments, instead of the complaints from the...
Read moreThe Town of Clifton Forge decided in the summer of 2023 to write a grant to be able to add illumination to a Sensory Trail that was established in the Town in May. We knew our timing would be tight but we thought with the proper guidance, we might be able to secure the grant in time to have lights for the Christmas holidays. The Town had worked with Mosca Design to add holiday lighting to our Main Street and we called on them again for suggestions to illuminate our Sensory Trail. Mosca Design and their wonderful Sales Rep, Nina Scherotter, helped put us on the fast track to success. Nina worked with us to select lighting that was within our budget while enhancing the organic elements of the Sensory Trail. Unbelievably, we held the ribbon cutting for the "Light the Trail" completed project the first week of December. A large crowd of town residents oohed and ahhed as the lights came on. This was the beginning of an illuminated winter season since we lighted the Trail through February. Visitors enjoyed the lights immensely and they added to the sensory experience of the trail in addition to making the pathway safe and friendly. We are indebted to Mosca Design for their service, knowledge and experience and we look forward to working with them on...
