Every detail was elegant, intentional, and beyond what I could have imagined. She is incredibly thorough and made sure she knew everything we wanted and exactly how we wanted it. The icing on the cake was that my mom didn’t have to do anything. She was able to spend the whole day with me without worrying about running around or handling last-minute details. That alone meant the world to me. The week before my wedding was absolutely crazy with family drama, but Mrs. Christa and her team made me feel so protected and supported. I knew that if I asked her to take care of something, she would handle it with grace and confidence. Another thing I absolutely loved was that during that final week, when all my vendors started reaching out, I could simply refer them straight to her. Every mother wants to be able to go into their daughter’s wedding day being able to be completely present and in the moment. Christa and her staff provided just that and more! She was hired as our day of coordinator and florist. But I can assure you she delivered much more than that! All I had to do was show her the vision of what we wanted it to look like and she fulfilled each and every detail and beyond! Throughout the process I was completely in awe! She wasn’t just there to do a job, but provide an experience! She was met with intense family drama weeks before the wedding that she did not have to handle for us. She was not hired for that, but she did! She handled a barrage of questions, emails and phone calls on her personal time from people that she wasn’t hired by and did so with an exceptional amount of grace and professionalism, all to take it off our shoulders so we could enjoy the weeks leading up to our daughters wedding. Every single obstacle that was thrown her way she conquered. When the grooms table wasn’t compete with his cake put out, she jumped in and got it done! She made sure everything ran smoothly, on time and without us ever knowing the stress behind the scenes. Throughout the day her main goal was that we were tended too! My daughter and now son in law were made bags of their favorite treats and drinks for the road! She didn’t just bring in herself but a team with her that were highly qualified and professional. They were the last ones to leave the venue to make sure that everything was finalized for us. What coordinator checks in the night of and day after to make sure the bride and groom made it to their destination and the brides parents were okay the next day? She does!
