Daiquiri Supreme — Restaurant in Youngsville

Stopped into this establishment with my wife for a midday bite to eat and a frozen drink. We sat at a table with only 1 other customer present who was talking to the girl behind the bar. After sitting unacknowledged for over 10 minutes while watching the bartender sitting there snacking on food with her feet up on the bar I decided to approach her for service... I said pardon me, we've never been here before so I'm not exactly sure how this place works but do you have table service? She said no, you just tell me what you want.... after a long pause being thoroughly confused, I asked "ok well can we look at a menu?" She replied "we don't have one" I then asked "well what kind of food do you have?" She replied "we don't make food here but we can order from the restaurant up the street and they will deliver it"... I stood confused and said "well ok then do you at least have a drink menu?" Her response was simple "nope" completely dumbfounded I turned to my wife and said "let's go"... needless to say I have no idea how this place is even in business but I would never return... if I could leave a negative 4 stars I would... I've never experienced anything like...

An absolute shame. On May 28, 2024, at approximately 3:00pm, on Memorial Day, my wife and I went in to get a daiquiri. There were maybe 5 people in the establishment and we took a seat at the bar. With gangster rap blasting, the bartender walked past us, without acknowledging our existence, and went into the back of the establishment. After about 10 minutes with no bartender in sight, and never asked if we needed menus or a drink, we got up to walk out. At this point, the bartender came from the back of the establishment and asked, “Oh did y’all need something?” No, not now. We will never go back. An absolute joke of a business with less than zero customer service. Good luck staying afloat in this economy with that...

Every time we have come, the girl does not answer the bell at the window. Today we sat for almost 15 minutes waiting for her to come take our order. We eventually had to park and walk in (it was pouring rain) and the girl was sitting at the bar with 2 of her friends eating with her fingers. She then took another two minutes to get up and take our order, she did not wash her hands before pouring our cups. The drinks were also not frozen, as if she turned on the machines right before open. This same server has given the same horrible quality of service each time we have gone. Unfortunately, we will never...
