Campbell's Foodland — Local services in Zanesville

Always always friendly...from cashiers to bag clerks to meat department clerks. I stopped in to grab a few things and was our voted for a late supper#2 and needed some steaks. I felt horrible asking the woman working to get my steaks because they were all packaged and wrapped up to close. She was friendly, kind, and didn't act as if she knew it was 15 minutes till close. She got my order and we even discussed the prices. Which btw....I believe running off the road and hitting someone's cattle causing its death and having it butchered would cost less thru insurance than what I paid tonight. But its not just their price....old saying about nit buying the cow...well I tell ya, buy them heffers!!! Beef is OUTRAGEOUS!!. ANYWAY, the meat was delicious after i cooked it. I can not complain about their meat department ever. It is a small town store and a favorite of mine. Thank you///////// 08/24/22..... went today after picking up the boys from school....i went in for 3 things ...came out with like 40....lol...120$ worth...food is excellent...got quick finger food ham salad, creamed pea salad...chips of course and slider buns and then bought a few days worth of meals..and lime sherbert for dessert....yuummmmm yummmmmm...love this...

This place is awesome. If they know you as a regular they will cash a personal check which is unheard of these days. Staff is always nice. Clean store and lot. I have to keep fixing their wood cart...lol. gas prices always lower than ANYWHERE....even sheets. Great meat available. Unfortunately someone raised their pop to 75 cents in the Pepsi machine so now I find cans else where and I used to get 5 cans a day when working. The owner of this store is friendly and helpful and ready to help out a customer. The food good and prices are great. I as Mr Campbell to make me up a tray of different lunch Meats and cheese for my aunt Hattie funeral dinner on Sat. I live in canton ohio and was looking for a place to help me out because I was not able to come to the serves.. I want to thank Mr Campbell for service and I will call him again when needed because his of food...
