I paid 110.00 for training classes. We have been training since August 12, 2018. As of today all my dog knows is sit and some hand touches. And he already knew how to sit before. Now my dog does lunge at other dogs. And he does not hold his command for a long time. But you don't get any 1 on 1 time for any length of time. I was told that my dog has not learned anything and I was told that all I say is ok, ok. And I don't do anything about the mistakes. You know instead of lashing out at us. You should take the time to work with us. I did pay you 110.00. dollars. But I'm the one doing all the work. Yes he is my dog and I have to be the one to give the command but if I do t know what I'm doing and I pay you, then I expect some lessons. Oh well, to late now. Oh by the way after class tonight I took my dog to Walmart for the first time, and he did great. No problems at all. Seems to me that he also knows that these classes are useless. Time to move on. Never broke any laws and by the way I may not have been there all 3 days in 1 week. But I was there every week. You should have known that if you were paying attention. You call yourself a dog trainer. I just don't see it. I'm no cowerd, but you are a fraud. Im entitled as a consumer to write a review about the services I just received. If you don't want any negative remarks then you should change the way you run your business. We should get more than what we do for 110.00. word of mouth goes a long way. It's the best thing for a business or it can be the worst. Calling your customers cowereds is not good for business. I will never recommend your services to anyone that I speak too. Hope the next group of people looking for the same thing I was, gets what they pay for. That's alot of money, and frankly the service just...

I dropped Bandit off for daycare for the first and last time. I thought it would be a positive experience since Bandit has been going to the dog park since he was a couple months old. I thought being able to play with other dogs while I was at work would be fun for him. When Stacy interviewed my dog, she said they would put him in a yard by himself to get acquainted then put him with the other dogs. When I dropped Bandit off they said they didn't know how long he would be isolated and it would be up to Stacy when she came in. I called halfway through the day, about 4 or 5 hours in, to check on him and he was still in a yard by himself. After being there eight hours my mother picked him up. She said the moment he heard her voice he started freaking out from a kennel in the back. Being new and not knowing where to go, my mother walked towards the back and staff immediately freaked out telling her she wasn't allowed back there. I thought it strange myself that I wasn't offered a tour of the the facility and they made a point to not let me in the back where the dogs where kept. When he got home he drank two big bowls of water. I could of tied him up alone with no water in my own yard for free. They also have about 10 neglected pet rats in tiny cages. I'm very upset with...

I had my son take my dog Lilly and drop her off to get a bath and hair cut on 3/2 she is a lab/ Collie mix when they got home Lilly looked the same as when she left except she looked a little cleaner and she had some hair cut around her feet and her toenails had been cut. Lilly had no other hair cut anywhere else on her body she still had all her long hairs hanging from her belly her tail and her hair all over was still as thick as when she had left home. I immediately got on and emailed and told them my concerns thinking they would reach out and maybe fix the problem as I didn’t spend all this money to just get Lilly a bath and get her toenails cut but never received an email back after 48hrs so now will leave the review since I gave them a chance to fix the problem. I will never be returning as I think this was very wrong and very...

Not quite sure what happened here. Have taken my dog twice here when we have gone out if town. First time was great! Tater came back happy and was even excited to see the place again when I brought him back. This last time however was totally different. He was covered in pee his hair was matted, (he was groomed the morning before dropoff). They didn't give him him meds the entire time, evidence based on the number of pills we had received back. And he completely refuses to go into his kennel, which was his safe place. This leads me to believe they kept him pinned up the entire time. I have a feeling this change is due to who is there. But either way they have lost my business and I'd plan on going elsewhere, until they figure their stuff out with everyone that works there.

We have had our dachshund, 🐕 Salvadore stay here several times when we have gone out of town. He is always excited when he gets here. The staff has always been nice and courteous. I saw some reviews of people complaining of their dog getting kennel cough. All I can say about that is 1: luckily our dog has not gotten it and 2: your dog can get it at any kennel you take him/her to and if you have your dog up to date on their shots at the vets they give your dog a shot for kennel cough that keeps them from getting it.
