We were in need of a recliner for my dads bedroom and thought this would be great place to go look. Being it was Saturday, they close @4, anyways we get there at 3:55. Expecting them to have the doors shut already i still went ahead and walked up to the door considering we drove from Columbus I did not want to return home empty handed. To my surprise they were still open and greeted me as I walked in. Staff has always been friendly and welcoming. As I live out of state, I only get here a couple times a year or so with my parents. We've purchased several items from them both big and small and never felt the prices were outrageous. Have noticed the furniture prices and prices for things like patio sets might be just a tidbit too high considering they're donations and such, but it's still lower or comparable to what you'd find in most places. Staff have always worked to help get furniture out to the vehicles, and have even worked with the prices on some things or thrown a few small things in if it was a large purchase. Never had a bad experience here and when I move to Zanesville, I'll be checking them out for furniture and other furnishings...

Purchased a couch for our business. Came in one week after purchase to pick up (husband's truck was broken so couldn't get any sooner until it was fixed) upon arriving we noticed the couch would not fit up the stairway (business partner purchased another couch which was smaller and still couldn't fit) knowing this we met with the worker at the counter who was pleasant and understanding. She called the manager and requested store credit. The manager declined (mentioning something about the truck, which was again, not the issue). She refused any form of store credit.
