I have to say this was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had! I reserved 4 lanes for a birthday party of 24 people when ariving no lanes were reserved had to wait almost an hour then received 2 lanes. 12 people had to stand and watch. The assistant manager was absolutely rude stating it wasnât his fault he didnât do the reservation. After about 2 hours we finally were able to get 2 more lanes. After asking why we couldnât have 25&26 lanes he stated it was for emergencies for the league that they pay every week we were paying 1 damn day! I stated that one damn day was over 200 bucks. It didnât matter. After several times of the assistant manager jumping in my familyâs face we walked away. If that wasnât enough for u just as the last 12 people start bowling a league member whom was clearly drunk wanted to fight the birthday boy whom was 15! My nephew was in front of my son preventing the adult from hurting my son and I was just pulling my people to the other side of the bowling ally this man kept being persistent and pushing threw tables knocking people over. Demanding now to fight my nephew and son. While trying to swing on my nephew this man hit myself. I am a 37 year old whom is 5â2 and 130lbs whom had a man whom was about 6â3 and 300lbs punch her after having surgery and previously having cancer. This was bottom line the most horrific night I have ever experienced watching a mother who had a new born fear for her baby and her toddler as this man blasted threw the place it simply was horrendous. I would never take anyone to this place not to mention they never gave us any of the birthday package items and not one red cent back money wise. So much for my sons happy 15...
Read moreIf I could give this 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. Me and my boyfriend went there for a date night, he drove three hours to get here for our date & when we got there the worker refused to let us play. There was at least an hour left before closing.. MIND YOU..Before hand we called to make sure there was open bowling and the worker told us to come at 8 and they would have an open lane and enough time for at least 2 games (which was our plan). The worker up front was EXTREMELY rude & ignorant... Basically THREW our shoes at us, gave us the wrong sizes..and wouldn't tell us what lane we were supposed to be in to bowl. Once we got to our lane finally there was a group of people next to us, that seemed to be friends with the workers at sunrise bowling. They went up around 15 minutes till close, and paid for another game and they were allowed to but me and my boyfriend were refused. There group had about 8 ppl so it didn't make sense a group of 2 was refused. There was bear cans laying around all over the ground, a bunch of trash, and the place smelled like rotten decaying flesh. I would rather drive 2 hours away to bowl at a decent place then to ever bowl at sunrise again. The service was horrible, place was horrible, food was awful.. definitely not worth my time,...
Read moreMy family just moved into the area and enrolled in the summer bowling program for kids and their families. As soon as we walked in for the first time the guy at the counter (bald older gentleman) he says â we are loosing so much money on thisâ⌠now keep in mind this is my first time here and Iâm with my family. He continued to say, âwe wonât be doing this next yearâ. We paid for shoe rental, a pizza, and drinks. So I donât fully understand how youâre loosing money when people are spending money? To me itâs more logical to have some customers than no customers. I definitely think if you plan to keep you establishment in business you probably shouldnât tell people with kids you want to take away a program that helps benefit those with children. I thought it was rude and customer service needs severely improved. I donât plan to renew the kids pass for next year based on how we were...
