The lack of humanity and true service is painfully evident in the fact that Wal-Mart has resorted to having more self service lanes/registers than actual clerks running the checkouts. The employees who ARE willing to actually help customers without doing so like the customer is a burden,, are few and far between. Whenever you do find a person to assist you, they act as if you're a profound bother and will look up whether or not the store has the item that you are interested in purchasing and if the store (by some miracle of God)does have the item in stock, they will point you in the right direction and tell you that the item "should be in that department but it also could be over there."
