Panda Bear Express — Restaurant in Ohio

SOmetimes having good food doesn't trump terrible customer service. Take my word for it, these people don't deserve money, IMO. They have also received critical violations and repeat offenses during health inspections. Go to the health department website of your local city to read reviews on your favorite restairants. Yes Comments from inspection report *Critical Violations *3.2 = Observed eggs stored over ready to eat foods, owner corrected this issue. Also observed thawing shrimp in water at room temperature. Owner corrected this violation by putting the shrimp into the food prep sink and thawing in an approved manner. 4.5/6.4 = Clean the kitchen and food equipment as needed to keep them clean, observed them dirty. (This is a repeat violation)

Won't lie the food is good but I'd advise to stay away until this pandemic blows over. I was thrilled to find out they were back open but this change to their meun is unreasonable. Basically they up charged the prices and cut the portions sizes even though the girl giving me my food claimed the prices went up because it's a larger size and due to said pandemic they will only serve the "large" portion. Honestly before there were times where I could barely even finish my meal in one setting, but this new size I basically destroyed it. Again the food is good but this meal shouldn't have cost me around $10 for one. I look forward to returning when things go back to normal and to update this review accordingly.

This must be a cheap imitation of a Panda express cause when me and my girlfreind went I was surprised cause usauly when I went to a panda express back in San antonio were I use to live I see nouthing but whites and other skin colors working there except I never seen Asian actually working at a panda express but given its called panda bear express makes me think if there really a panda express the food ok just last time we went the orange chicken and chow mien from there came out like it's been Dipped in the sauce to much and I don't remeber the chow mien from panda express back in Texas...
