Bob Evans — Restaurant in Ohio

A friend and I ordered steaks, the place was slow, dirty tables all over, had to ask for silverware twice, first time I had to scrap the excess food off the fork. Steaks came and had ordered med well, I swear that thing mooed at me when I cut it. The green beans were well over cooked mushy, and the mac and cheese was actually good and warm even. Had problems getting refills of drinks.

What got me more than anything was the fact the waiter asked how it was, I didn't lie and showed him the too small steak still ozzing blood. He ask would you like me to get a manager? I said no just the check. 15 minutes later I had to track him down to get it.

When I paid, the nice young lady asked if everything was ok, I said no it sucked but ate it anyway as we hadn't ate all day. The common response seems to be "would you like me to get a manager?" again I said no, just to check me out please so I can leave.

Even after I told her the problems and paid out 40 bucks they had no concern, I didn't even get an oh I'm sorry. Maybe I missed it but when someone has issues, they should have gotten the manager stright off. No matter, I will never eat at this Bob Evans again and I will drive by...

We had to wait 20 minutes for a table, which it would have been fine except we could see empty tables that needed cleaned. And when we are finally seated, we can see more tables that needed cleaned. We ordered, and by the time we got our food, I already had all my dink gone. And I asked for another drink. She said she would bring it to me. And I get half way through my meal and she comes back and asks how is it. I asked her for my drink again ( she never gave me a refill) she said she will be back with it. And by this time the place has slowed down. And 15 minutes go by, and she still hasn't gave me my refill i asked her twice for. So my boyfriend went to the truck to get me a sprite. As he's walking back to me, she comes up and digs through her apron to find my bill. And she still hasnt gave me my refill. So I ended up with my sprite out of my truck to finnish my meal. And when we left there was still the same dirty tables as when we got there. And 2 other different times they messed up my order. I won't be going back to this...

Was not happy at all. They were not busy what so ever and I had to wait 25 minutes for the waiter to ask me if I wanted my salad before my meal. Duh!! Then when I got my meal which was the pot roast beef and mashed potatoes. I had 3 small pieces of meat to actually eat. I had the biggest piece of grizzle ever. My husband waited 25 minutes for a bowl of sausage gravy and biscuits. Our waiter just didn't have a clue as to what he was doing at all. Would I go back? Maybe. But everytime I go in there, they have different manager. Attention Update:: this place has gotten so much worse!!! Now they serve food on dirty plates, then my son's "bacon" cheeseburger had one strip of bacon that was cut in half to make it look as though there was 2, Thennnnn my husband's sunshine skillet didn't come in a skillet
