Holland Hospital Walk-In Care — Local services in Zeeland Charter Township

El tiempo de espera fue mínimo, la atención de la enfermera también fue muy buena, no puedo opinar lo mismo del PAC Sullivan, Eugene quien atendió mi caso. inicialmente se mostró interesado en encontrar la causa de mi dolor en el flanco derecho acompañado de orina frecuente. El ordenó un test de orina y una radiografía, aunque me advirtió que si la causa eran cálculos renales, estos por lo general no son visibles en una radiografía.. Después de obtener los resultados El me dice que es posible que hayan pequeños cálculos y que yo pueda pasarlos por si misma, aunque no fueron vistos en la XRay. El me pregunta que si soy alérgica a la Aspirina y yo le confirmo que si y previamente ya la enfermera habia revisado mi lista de las múltiples alergias qué tengo y medicamentos. El me dice que siga algunas recomendaciones que me van a entregar escrito y que acuda a la sala de emergencia sólo si los cólicos renales empeoran, o si veo sangre en la orina. También me dijo que me iban a aplicar una inyección qué me ayudaria a manejar el dolor. Después la enfermera me dice el nombre del medicamento, pero de igual manera yo desconozco las medicinas que se usan en éste país asi olvidé de inmediato el nombre del medicamento.. Unos minutos después de salir del walk in care yo siento un fuerte dolor de cabeza y se fueron poco a poco sumando otros síntomas como picor en los ojos y visión borrosa, cansancio extremo y al dia siguiente fue peor porque tenia congestión nasal y fuertes dolores de cabeza, vómitos y la visión empeoró, es cuando abro la app healow tratando de saber que inyeccion es la que me pusieron y encuentro que me injectaron ketorolac - Toradol de 60 mg el cual dice estar contraindicada en pacientes con demostrada alergia a la Aspirina.. Yo no podia creer que yo puse mi credibilidad en la asistencia médica ofrecida por el walk in care del Holland Hospital y que las personas que estaban encargadas de ayudar a mejorar mi salud, me hubiesen puesto en tanto riesgos.. Afortunadamente yo tenia varias dosis de Benadryl en mi cuerpo y posiblemente eso evitó que desencadenara síntomas peores. El dia lunes aún tenia muchos problemas con mi visión, pero tuve durante todo el dia cansancio extremo y letargo. Algunas personas me dijeron que usaba palabras sin sentido.

Les pido que por favor hagan una investigación de éste solicito por escrito una explicación de cuales fueron las razones por las cuales se me suministro ese medicamento que tiene tantos warnings conocidos en la materia médi, esto a mi parecer es una mala práctica médica. Respetuosamente quiero darles a conocer éste asunto pues posterior a esto también lo pondré en conocimiento de mi compañía de seguro médico pues no está bien que éstos errores se comentan, pues ponen en riesgo la vida y la salud...

All team members were attentive, professional and caring. I can not say enough good about my visit. I am visiting here from Michigan. Some of the approaches and questions were new to any visit I have ever had at an Urgent Care. For example, what would I like to accomplish from my visit? Gina Olsen PA explained every concern I had and my diagnosis.

I went to urgent care in Michigan two days before and they asked me if I wanted a Covid test.( Holland Hospital/Zeeland) What? I am the patient. Here at Indigo Multi Care (Tacoma Washington ) they told me what course of action they thought was best. Yes, I tested positive for Covid and I would have never traveled had I known I had Covid. At first, this place is amazing. Dr. Holland was very thorough and the staff was great. However..... I call back today to get the results of my strep throat test and the person who answered the main number tells me, "I am looking at your chart right now and it's negative". So now, thinking my test is negative, I start sharing foods, utinsels and even kissing my one year old again. HOWEVER..... I JUST NOW GOT A CALL FROM THE STAFF THAT MY TEST IS POSITIVE!!! They had the results in yesterday, so the person who answered the phone this morning, was giving VERY INCORRECT information and now the health of my one year old daughter might be at stake!!

I seriously hope someone from management sees this review and deals with the person responsible.... Accordingly. This is so not ok. I have called back and reported this mistake but I just wanted to warn anyone else out there thinking of going...
