Food: It's taco bell, you know what you are getting. Every time I've gotten food from this location it has been acceptable. This is what you want from Taco Bell, it won't blow you away but no surprises.

Price: If you order straight from the menu it's gonna be pricey as all things have gotten. However if you brave the disaster that is the taco bell mobile app you can get a cheesy gordida crunch, beefy 5 layer burrito, cheesy fiesta potatoes and a mountain dew baha blast for the price of $6.50. That is 1,300 calories for $6.50. You can not beat that value anywhere. This is coming from a stingy west Michigan dutch person. Taco Bell is the true last bastion of affordable fast food. As long as that deal exists I am a taco bell ride or die.

Service: This particular location has the nicest staff I have interacted with at a fast food place. I deeply appreciate that after my 12 hour shift at the car mirror factory the first human interaction I get is these taco bell employees. The food also comes out really fast. They also only rarely mess up the order and when they do it's like a little treat because they often give a free taco coupon as an apology.

Conclusion: If you are getting off work in the Zeeland area after a 12 hour shift heading back to the Grand Rapids suburbs and you don't feel like making dinner or your wife forgot to make dinner be sure to open up your taco bell mobile app and pick up a build your own box from this taco...

This Taco Bell is very clean and organized. They have lots of modernizations that I think will be very helpful like compost bins and recycle bins, as well as a mobile order pick up station. We came in right at the end of breakfast and it took a longer time than I would like for the food to be ready. They were better staffed than most fast food places seem to be right now, with at least four employees there. One of us had very hot food and one of us had food that seemed to have been waiting around for a while. I tried the cinnabon delight iced coffee for the first time today along with the toasted breakfast burrito and both were quite tasty. We were also quite pleased with the breakfast sausage quesadilla, cinnabon delights, and hash browns. As with many other Taco Bells, they were currently out of Mexican pizzas. The dining room is a little smaller than I have seen from other Taco Bells, but we were the only ones there when we came.

Updated 9/23/2023: I get food from this Taco Bell very frequently. I'm almost never disappointed by the food quality or the friendly staff, but there have been 4 times in the past 6 months that I have received food and it wasn't what I ordered in some way. This is a unique (to me) Taco Bell. When you go in there's several kiosks where you can enter your order without human interaction if you choose. Another customer who frequently this particular store helped me with ordering from the self-service as I was completely unfamiliar. While I was ordering I could hear the manager praising his staff on how quickly & efficiently they were getting food prepped. It was really nice to hear the upbeat reinforcement see how everyone visible to me responded to it so positively. The woman that brought me my to go order saw that I ordered water, but hadn't seen that I'd ordered 4 bottles of it. I pointed it out and she was quick to bring the other 3 bottles as well as a bag for me to carry all of it in. This may seem trivial, but in an era where 'please' and 'thank you' are dang-near a foreign language, one hears the words so infrequently, I was pleasantly surprised by her willingness to provide customer service the way I was taught it should be done. I wish I'd thought to get the names of the manager & the employee that waited on me. I was quite impressed with both. As always the food was good and I barely had to wait at all even though it was lunch hour. So kudos to the Zeeland MI Taco Bell...
