I’ve been looking for a nice chair ever since my work started having us work remotely 2X per week for a few years now. Now that the state has been on lockdown for a while- we’ve all been working remotely the whole time. I knew I needed to invest because I was getting bad back pain.

Working with the Office Outlet- The Company Store was a very easy and streamlined process. The opportunities to get high quality fabric for $2.50 a yard are few and far between. That part was great. However, on my first visit, I stopped in about an hour after they opened and wandered around for 10 minutes, in clear view of employees without them offering to help. When they did direct me to the fabric they were very curt, like I was getting in their way asking for help finding something in a place where you're never sure if the room is a customer area or a back room you should stay out of. Came in to upgrade my office chair and knew exactly which ones I wanted to look at. I asked for a chair by name but was corrected on my pronunciation of the design, fair enough. Despite spelling out the chair name “Celle” correctly I was told “it stars with a C, not an S”. Maybe I mumbled? Maybe I wasn’t talking loud enough but I had spelled it out as listed.
