My best advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I was shipped a TV that does not attach to the stand, had no operators manual, and no warranty. Therefore the TV is not level and wobbles back and forth, and front to back. It is not safe for it to be on the stand unattended. At one point I was asked about the screws in the box to attach the stand. There were no screws in the box!! The company did ship a supposedly different stand for the TV but it had the same numbers and was identical to the one I already had. By the time all the back and forth correspondence had occurred I was then told the time had expired for me to return the TV. I know twice and possibly three times I had asked for a return label so I could return the TV to them. I feel sure I was shipped a product the company knew was not as it...

This place is a joke. I bought a product online at ebay for $40. Well they screwed me from the start. First off it was supposed to be "free shipping" and when the package was delivered I had to pay a shipping charge of $5.28!! So I contacted them and yes they refunded the $5.28. Then the product was junk and didn't work so I sent it back for a refund. Well I'm still waiting for a refund but not only that, the money I paid for the shipping was subtracted from my refund!! So to clarify I paid a total of $45.28. They"refunded" $34.72 supposedly and I still do not have it. How are you still in buisness?!?! I WANT MY $40. I purchased a brand new item from him which turned out to be defective. I could not get any information from him as his wife (who handles the communication online) was extremely evasive. When I finally got ahold of him himself he accused me of improper use (not the case), still did not answer any questions, and then blocked me from being able to send any further messages. So now I’m out $275 for a defective item....
