This storage, utility and hobby shed dealer has about 25 different shed models on display at this location. Sales rep Michelle was very friendly. They advertised discounted repo sheds for sale, which is why i went there, but they had none and Michelle said they really aren't usually discounted anyway because the bank still needs to get paid what their owed, so discounts aren't there for repos. The lot has drainage issues and when i was walking along to view the smaller sheds, there was some mucky mud to slog through. So don't go in your high heels. They do offer free delivery and set up within a certain area. They have financing available through a lender that they work with. Loan period is a minimum of 2 years and a minimum of 10% of the sales price is required as a deposit. The sheds that i checked out seem very well constructed. As I browsed around and eyeballed a few sheds I proceeded to the office where I was welcome by Michelle who is very friendly and very helpful. Within a matter of 30 minutes I was in and out with the perfect shed for my needs with no hassle whatsoever with a wonderful low down payment and a very low monthly payment. Let's not forget to mention my shed was delivered a day ahead of time and was perfectly placed where I had stakes and ribbon for it to be within the clearance for my permit off of the property line. I am big on customer service. Ilya and staff surpassed my expectations. From the minute you call them to the minute you get to their establishment - it was a great experience. I am new to the area needed some guidance oh what to look for when buying a shed. Ilya took his time and explained the process to my Dad and I. I will say: it's like buying a house or a car with all the paperwork, however, it was thoroughly explained. When the shed arrived a couple of days later- I was in awe at how seamless the guys brought the shed down from their truck and put it exactly where I wanted it.
