All I can say is that this was a fantastic experience. We came to Rent King in Zephyrhills after looking at Buddy's Home Furnishings and a couple other places. We were disappointed in everything that we had seen up to this point. Rent King and their GM Rick changed all of that. The showroom was nice, big and with lots of good options. The service was top notch. He set us up with a great deal and had it delivered the next day!!! I cannot say enough good things about Rick and his team. Painless process, great service and super fast delivery. They can order anything you need and a lot of things that you had no clue that they could find. I walked into my local Rent King and Eric greeted me with a smile when introducing himself, he also was very helpful, kind and patient in finding me exactly what I was looking for with the budget I had to work with (didn’t pressure me into spending above my limit). Another employee Daniella was sweet and helpful even while on her break she was willing to be of assistance. Great place to go if you like being harassed and one hand not knowing what the other is doing. Since March they have been through several managers none knowing what the last one done. They never stick to what they say. Never again will I go their. I will stick to Buddies or Aaron's I rather have peace of mind knowing that I get good customer service than to be harassed because one person has NO idea of what the other has done or spoke to.
