I have her a coat near the end of January so she could move the buttons and add button holes. I told her I wasn't in a rush so I did not give her a time frame. She said she was busy but could get to it. A month goes by and I don't hear anything. I call and get no answer and the voice mail is full so I can't leave a message but she did call back later. She said she hasn't gotten to it yet but things are slowing down for her so she should be able to. 3 weeks go by and I haven't heard anything again so I call and get no answer. I go over there and she still hasn't touched it. I just ask for it back. She gets it and gives it to me and says a short one word sorry and walks away. I wii find someone else to do the coat for me. I was extremely disappointed and hurt by Cheryl’s sloppy work. She said she could shorten my wedding dress and when I came back to pick it up I found 3 little holes in my too layer of my dress. When looking closer at the bottom you could see that my 8 year old could have cut the material straighter. It was extremely painful to see my $3000 dress simply ruined. When we asked about all this she said she didn’t know about what happened to the wholes as she didn’t see them... and that she can cut the bottom again to make it more straight... when I asked how much I owe her for this she said full price as it was agreed upon in the very beginning. Cheryl was very unprofessional. I needed a zipper replaced which she said it will take a week to fix. After 1 month I hadn’t heard from Cheryl. I called and left messages regarding my clothing but did not get a call back. I finally decided to go to her home and retrieve my clothing. Her front door was open but the storm door was closed. I rang her door bell and knocked on her door several times to no avail. I was in my car to write her a note when another customer showed up. When he knocked she came to the door almost immediately.
