It is very sadent to see that this building is now degrading due to lack of maintenance and favorism to the friends by the last management team. Basement door is closed as they don't have cards to put into the toll gates. Half of the parking lights are off due to lack of maintenance. Lights are on in the car parking areas with good daylight that could have been switched off to save energy.

I think this lack of interest is due to Napsa is rich and they don't care what they do with their money or no supervision for the junior staff.
