Stay Easy Hotel in Lusaka is Strategically located on Church Road near the Central Business District with ample Parking space on-site and a pool that’s perfect to cool off since Zambia is very hot. What was surprising for me during my visit was that the hotel has a bar that opens till 22:00hrs but do not offer dining services (Lunch or dinner) at the hotel. They only offer or serve complimentary everyday Breakfast in the sunny breakfast lounge but if you want to eat a meal, you will have to head to Levy Junction Mall next door for a choice of eating joints and takeaway spots.

Should you have a business meeting and looking for a perfect spot to host a small meeting, the hotel has a conference facility that can host about 15pax The challenge I faced when I arrived is that if you are to make payment online, you have to book 2 hours before you check-in because if you arrive at the hotel, you won’t be able to pay online since the person responsible for online payments is out of office by 5:30pm. You will be forced to use your visa card or pay cash.

The company i work for paid for my accommodation directly online but a preapproval on my visa card was done and reversed but I still haven’t received the money that left my account. I would suggest that the hotel extends its online payment services to guests who may arrive later for whatever reasons who want accommodation at this hotel. I think the service of stay easy has become worst. We are frequent visitor and never faced issues with regards to charges for rooms and payment. Today we called and we were asked to come the rooms will be available. But to our surprise members charges on web site different, normal customer charges different, on the board at receiption the charges different and online through booking.com different. At the counter when we asked they had no answer. So we booked the room through booking.com. After showing the confirmation also we were asked to wait. If this is the service what you give to the frequent visitors. God help the new customers. If you donot check on internet you land up paying more.
