A small, but pretty cool science center, run by the University. Did a good job of highlighting projects that the university and local students or scientists have worked on. I also liked how they used the older building and all of its smaller rooms to have little labs dedicated to particular topics. Many of the exhibits were surprisingly and delightfully interactive. Looks like they have a lot of space for conference rooms workshops and other facilities. If you're a fan of big city science centers, this might be a little smaller for you, but I found it to be a fun visit on the way to the Royal Delft ceramic factory.

A wonderful museum with loads of interactive things to do. A GREAT place to take children. I would have liked to see a lot more information signs, often there were fun experiments you could do (airplane wings/boat shape) but there wasn't really a way of finding out what the physics behind it was. If you can find a staff member they will be able to tell you though! We did a 3€ workshop, creating a electrical circuit, which was pretty self-explanatory, and the kids liked it :-)

Well, it's authentic, near the university's botanical garden and robot center and friendly students helping you out. But from overuse (kids!) it also has a kind of worn down feeling about it (sorry guys). I especially liked their summer workshops.

Really great place for any kids with interest in technology. These photos of the foam dragon made by my son are from some years ago, nowadays he’s studying electrical engineering at Delft University...

So proud to be a student in this charming university. TU Delft is the oldest and largest Dutch public technical university located in lovely Delft. It was founded on Jan 8th 1842 and original name of Royal Academy for the education of civilian engineers, but then became a polytechnic school.
TU Delft has developed over the years into a renowned institution for academic research and education in engineering, technology and applied sciences. The university has a rich history of groundbreaking innovations and contributions to many different fields. TU Delft has made a substantial contribution to the technical landscape both in the NL and globally.

One of the best engineering and technology school there out there. Nicknamed "MIT of Europe", TU Delft is on a league of its own.
Large, renowned faculty with TOP notch research facilities and resources.
Large international student population for its masters and PhD Programmes. English speaking environment. Relatively cheaper school fees as compared to many TOP institutions.
Campus is peppered with interesting architecture. Known of have of the world's most beautiful libraries. Bicycle friendly.
Campus food can be better. Acceptable coffee and stroopwaffles are always around the corner.

I went there as a visitor and I ended up mouth open with the wonders. Everything there was at its perfection. The buildings, the facilities, the library, the environment and its fabulous environment. Visited every section of the university and I was really delighted about this place. You can feel that there are so much science hanging there. The students studying intensely make you have a good feel about future. If you u go to Delft, visit this place, absolutely astonishing.

I spend 3 days at this University in a workshop on the urban management department. Actually, it is a dream. The University is very well equipped with laboratories, machines and other equipment. The staff is very nice and over qualified. You can feel science in every corner. Only problem was that coffee bars are to be used with cards only and this was a little problem. Three are a number of food trucks within the campus with vegan food.

A beautiful campus! I didn’t get to go inside, however I enjoyed seeing the outside of it. I would recommend coming here to any tourists, as it located in an especially beautiful area of town. (there are also ducks in the stream nearby)

This peaceful gem is located near IKEA in Delft. There are also nearby attractions including a nature center with bees and insects as well as an area with cultivated species of flowering plants. The arboretum has nice paths with benches in strategic places. You must leave your bicycle behind.
Enjoy trees of all kinds, a meadow, a brook and grasslands and reeds.

A natural park that showcases various native trees and plants. It is designed to preserve the local flora and fauna and offers educational environment for children to enjoy nature.

Prachtig Arboretrum: veel mooie oude bomen, ook bijzondere bomen. Alles is zeer goed onderhoud.

Heel mooi aangelegd/bijgehouden park.
