I knew opening day would be packed, so I went right before the official launch! 😂 The first thing that caught my eye? A ​​whole wall of sake sets​​ 🍶—so aesthetic! Started browsing from the ​​right side of the freezer section​​ ❄️ and spotted: Foie gras 🦢 Eel (unagi) 🐍 Fish roe 🥄 Even veggies tucked in there! 🥬 The shelves had: Ramen & soba broth/dipping sauces 🍜 Wasabi, ramune soda, pickled ginger 🍶 (Felt a bit under the weather that day, so I didn’t explore further—just grabbed the eel and dipped! 🏃‍♀️) ​​Pro tip:​​ Asked for boneless eel recommendations 🗣️—ended up with the ​​gold-bagged one (9oz)​​ 💛. Staff said bigger eels = more bones, so this was the perfect pick! Back home, I steamed it (per instructions) and—​​OMG​​ 🤤! Only two tiny bones on the edges!
