πŸ›οΈπŸŒΏHouston | Natural Science Museum

When it comes to purchasing tickets for the Houston Natural Science Museum, you have the option to buy them online or right at the venue. There are four special exhibition halls that require tickets: Butterfly πŸ¦‹, Ocean 🌊, Mummy, and Snake & Dinosaur πŸ¦–. All these fascinating halls are located on the first floor. Meanwhile, the second floor offers free exhibits featuring a variety of gems, seashells 🐚, and animal displays that are definitely worth a visit.🌈 During our trip, we opted for the Butterfly and Ocean halls. πŸ¦‹πŸšI must say, the Butterfly hall was an absolute highlight! Nestled within an artificially crafted garden, it allowed us to embark on a delightful quest, armed with a butterfly guide, to spot and identify each species. 🌈The Ocean hall, however, left us a bit underwhelmed. It mainly focused on extinct shark species and could be explored in less than 20 minutes. πŸ˜• On the first floor, there's also an exhibition hall showcasing exquisitely handcrafted glass bottles. We were fortunate enough to witness an artisan creating delicate glass trinkets right before our eyes. πŸ›οΈπŸŒΏ Though they were beautiful, they came with a hefty price tag of $40 each! πŸ’Έ Overall, the Houston Natural Science Museum offers a mix of paid and free attractions that cater to a wide range of interests. 🌴 Whether you're fascinated by the delicate beauty of butterflies or the mysterious allure of ancient mummies, there's something here for everyone. 🌈 #HoustonLife #HoustonNaturalScienceMuseum πŸ¦‹πŸš
