There are three tours within the space center, and one of them, the Mission Control Tour, requires an additional fee. Be sure to select your preferred tour time when purchasing tickets. ποΈ πΊοΈ Visiting Routes: Overall, the space center offers three tram tour routes and two static exhibition spaces. πΊ The three Tram Tours are: 1οΈβ£ Rocket Park Tour: Included in your ticket. Just queue up for the shuttle. Here, you can see the Saturn V rocket, one of only three remaining, and learn about the Apollo moon landing program through historical displays on the walls. ππ 2οΈβ£ Training Facility Tour: Also included in your ticket, but requires a boarding pass. Head to Guest Services on the right as you enter to get your pass and queue up according to your assigned time. This area showcases real astronauts in training, with engineers at work in the background. π©βππͺ 3οΈβ£ Mission Control Tour: Requires a separate ticket, as mentioned earlier with the General + Mission Control Tour package. This tour recreates the command room scene from Armstrong's historic Apollo 11 moon landing, leaving you in awe. ππ π« The two static exhibition spaces are: 1οΈβ£ Indoor Main Plaza: Visit this area between your tram tours. It features a cinema, astronaut gallery, Mars mission zone, and interactive displays about the International Space Station and spacecraft. π¬π 2οΈβ£ Outdoor Independence Plaza: Here, you can see the original NASA 905 Space Shuttle. Visitors can enter the shuttle to explore interactive displays and see where astronauts lived and worked.
