The flavors here are richer and more layered—since in Hong Kong, the taste is usually adjusted to cater to Asian palates. ✳️Goat Kadhai 👍👍👍 Goat with bones marinated in Indian spices, cooked in tomato gravy, and tossed with Beli peppers. The portion is huge, with loads of goat meat 🤤🤤 Meat with bones has a stronger aroma, with a subtle hint of lamb fat. The meat is tender and juicy 😍, and the flavors are so complex. A blend of various spices infuses the meat juice 🤤, bringing out the freshness of the goat. The curry is authentic and rich. If you love 🐏🐑 goat meat, you can’t miss this! It’s slightly spicy, by the way. ✳️Chicken Biryani 👍👍 The portion is massive 😱—enough to take home for a second meal 😂 The fried rice is especially dry and fluffy, with each grain distinct. Turmeric adds layers of flavor to the rice. Even after absorbing the chicken juices, it remains nice and dry. The chicken retains some moisture but is on the drier side. The flavor is bold!
