【Boston Brunch Check-in】Suburban Sudbury | Highly Recommended 📍The Farmer‘s Daughter | 534F Boston Post Rd, Sudbury, MA 01776 👩🏻 Due to the pandemic, I hadn’t gone out much for a long time. This week, I restarted my Brunch check-in project. After searching on Yelp and Google Maps, I found this newly opened Brunch spot. I was immediately drawn to the "local fresh" phrase on their official website, so I drove straight to the countryside. ‼️ Remember to make a reservation before going!!! Important note with three exclamation marks. We waited for over an hour 🤦🏻‍♀️. If you have a furry friend 🐶, you can sit outdoors. The restaurant is located in the Avalon neighborhood, which has complete facilities, including a flagship Whole Foods (affectionately called "Monkey Dad" by locals).💨 It’s recommended to wander around while waiting. Not far away, there’s Russell‘s Garden Farm worth a visit too. ☕️ We ordered a cold brew and a cappuccino. The coffee was rich and fragrant. The beans weren’t fruity; they were more chocolatey, which I loved. While waiting for the main dishes, people kept coming in with thermoses to get a cup of coffee to go—apparently, their coffee has a great reputation. They use local beans (P.S. The Whole Foods across the street sells many local beans, produced in Acton/Sudbury/Dedham—highly recommended). 🍸 Many people also ordered cocktails. The waitress recommended the fresh toast martini, which I’ll try next time. A lot of people ordered the Vitamin C drink too—definitely on my list. 🧇 Chicken Waffle Benedict, highly recommended. I love fried chicken and waffles, but usually, they’re scallion-flavored with sweet syrup drizzled on top. However, their waffles are made with cornmeal, and together with the fried chicken, they’re crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The sauce is amazingly delicious—it’s a mix of syrup, hollandaise, and a dark bean paste, with a hint of curry and garlic. The combination is surprising and delightful. 🍞 French Toast, paired with coffee, is truly its soulmate. 🍳 Omelet du Jour, a must for pesto lovers—I’m a die-hard fan. The description is very brief: the filling inside the omelet is the chef’s choice, like a blind box. This time, I got pesto sauce + feta cheese + cherry tomatoes. Every bite was filled with oozing pesto and thick feta cheese, with the sauce’s aroma lingering in my mouth. 💨The tangy cherry tomatoes cut through the richness, making it a fresh new experience. The seemingly ordinary side salad, dressed with a perfectly balanced sweet and sour dressing, complemented the rich omelet, making the whole dish easy to finish. 💨 I’ve figured it out—apart from using fresh, locally sourced ingredients from nearby farms, the sauce in each dish is the. I saw others ordering smoked salmon sandwiches, lobster benedict, and farm tacos, so a second visit is a must. #OntarioScienceMuseum#sudbury#Sudbury
