The previous Mad for Chicken was so disappointing that it was the first Korean restaurant I walked out of without finishing my meal. It’s great that such a prime location is no longer wasted! 😋I highly recommend the “Three Chicken Brothers” here: Korean Fried Chicken, Cheesy Spicy Chicken Stir-fry (it’s not on the menu yet, but just show them your photo—they’ll know. It’s a manager’s special! The sweet-spicy flavor with super-rich dairy aroma is amazing), and the Ginseng Chicken Soup filled with soft glutinous rice. ✨The fried chicken here is truly delicious—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with the perfect balance of sweet and spicy sauce. The ginseng soup is fantastic—neither too strong nor too weak in ginseng flavor, with a fresh and non-greasy broth. The soft, glutinous rice absorbs all the soup, making it not only delicious but also feel very healthy. ✨Other dishes like the beef short ribs and bubbling tofu stew are also great—no misses here. I devoured two servings of the side dishes, including dried tofu and mashed potatoes!
