I am giving this place a 2 star, my wife and I went to this restaurant on Friday because we loving Korean food (especially being Korean myself). Well lets say that the our server WAS GARBAGE!!!! I am not trying to be rude, but the middle eastern young lady we got was so terrible. She too our order which was truffle fries, Bibimbap, and 12 piece korean fried chicken, well we waited 30 minutes and our order still was not here, within the 30 minutes, there were 3 other customers who got in after us, and got their food before us. So we called our server over to get a status on our food, and she finally went back and checked and what do you know? Our bibimbap was just sitting there, the other Korean server came over to us and apologized to us (which we said it was ok), well another 15 minutes go (now a total of 45 minutes), and I asked our server where our fried chicken was, and she said it would take another 15 minutes. Mind you the fact that we wait 45 minute already, so another 15 minutes would have been an hour. I told her to get the manager or the owner, because waiting an hour to get our fried chicken is ridiculous and I explained to her how 3 other people who got here after us got all their orders. The owner of the restaurant came over to us and spoke with us, I told her the situation and she was apologizing profusely, and when she went to the back, our fried chicken was magically ready in 5 minutes, and the owner had stated that the server was very new and she started a week ago, and instead of going to the back to check on the order she was just standing there. The owner was super nice and she told us that the fried chicken was free on her due to the horrible service. Well lets just say that even when the korean fried chicken was free, I could tell that it was basically reheated in the microwave after sitting outside for a while.
