✔️ Great Atmosphere – Open windows facing Hermès, perfect for photos and chatting. ❌ Food was just okay – desserts were better than the main courses. Appetizers 🥩 Beef Tataki Ingredients: Ginger ponzu, Szechuan beef, chives, sesame 👉 Fresh beef, tangy sauce, but “Szechuan” flavor was subtle—overall mild. 🐟 Red Snapper Tiradito Ingredients: Red pepper emulsion, corn canchas, chalaquita salad 👉 Fish was tender, red pepper sauce sweet, corn added crunch—but didn’t fully blend with the fish. Entrées 🥩 Tenderloin Ingredients: Grass-fed tenderloin, yuca mofongo, aji dulce salad, au jus criollo 👉 Beef tasted somewhat like Chinese braised beef—interesting but unexpected! 🐟 Trout Ingredients: Fava beans, Mexican chorizo, roasted tomatoes 👉 Crispy skin, but chorizo overpowered the dish—felt like eating pasta sauce with fish. Desserts 🍫 🍫 Passion Noisette Ingredients: Cocoa sablé, passion fruit caramel, dark chocolate mousse, hazelnut praline ice cream 👉 Rich layers, classic chocolate-hazelnut combo with a hint of passion fruit—highly recommend for chocolate lovers!‼️ 🍰 Guava Cheesecake Our Way Ingredients: Streusel, goat & cream cheese ice cream, guava jelly, guava foam 👉 Beautifully presented, strong guava flavor—my favorite dish of the night!
