【Los Angeles】Bacetti 🍝✨
An Italian pasta spot in Echo Park—so close to my school, yet I’d never explored the food scene here much before! 🏫🌳 The restaurant has super dim lighting 💡—perfect for a date night! But this time, there was a weird sewage-like smell… not sure if it was some unique “scent ambiance” or a plumbing issue 🫢. Thankfully, the restroom didn’t have the same odor. Out of everything we ordered, the mushroom pasta was the standout! 🍄🤎 The beef pasta tasted like a Chinese-style braised beef noodle soup—comforting and familiar. The salad with goat cheese 🥗 was delicious (I loved it!), but avoid it if you’re not into strong goat cheese. Their appetizer big bread seems to be the star—every table had one! It was fragrant and tasty, with little blueberry bits inside. 🍞🫐 The fish in P1 🐟 took forever to arrive, so our expectations were sky-high. It’s fully deboned (maybe why it took so long!), but it was heavy on thyme and other herbs—the strong spice flavor wasn’t really my thing.
