【New in Seattle】COMO’s Sister Restaurant - Pretending to Be in Tulum
🌟Long time no see, everyone! Went to El Encanto, a new Mexican spot by COMO, located just downstairs from their place this weekend. The decor sticks to COMO’s signature style, which I love - it still has a fantastic lake view, and some tables have a cool white cave vibe. The bar area is also very nice. 🌟Compared to Cantina Monarca, which recently opened in Bellevue, although both places go for a Tulum style, this one has a much larger space with great lighting, and I find the food a bit tastier too. 🌟As for the drinks, I think Monarca’s margarita flight has more character. This place offers a variety of guacamoles - I chose the crispy pork and corn ones. It comes with something like roasted mo bread, crispy and chewy, which is quite different from the usual corn chips and very interesting. 🌟The grilled shrimp and ribeye were also delicious. Next time, I want to try their main dishes, the roasted pork face and chicken. It’s another perfect spot for a date or a casual drink. If you’re missing Tulum, this is the place to go! #Seattle #SeattleEats #SeattleFoodie #SeattleWeekend
