The Best Mexican Cuisine of the Year! This restaurant was chosen by my boyfriend ❤️ It's very close to our hotel, so we just strolled over there in the evening~ 🌮 Coconut Shrimp The coconut-fried shrimp were plump and juicy 🍤 The sweet and spicy sauce made it irresistible. The coating was golden and crispy, while the shrimp remained tender - a perfect starter! 🌶️ Seafood Relleno The plump green peppers were stuffed with seafood and vegetables 🫑 The combination of shrimp, shellfish, and bell peppers was delightful. It had a mild spicy flavor that grew more addictive with each bite. The Mexican rice at the bottom had absorbed all the delicious seafood juices - we didn't leave a single grain! 🥩 Carne Asada This sizzling beef plate is truly their signature dish 🔥 The beef was fully cooked but remained tender and juicy. The grilled onions and bell peppers provided a sweet balance, and it came with fresh avocado sauce and cheese sauce for dipping~ The total bill for two of us was just over a hundred dollars 💰 It's so rare to find such affordable and authentic Mexican food in San Diego!
