🏝️ This time, I picked a perfect sunny day ☀️ to explore the East Coast—Woljeongri, Seopjikoji, Udo Island, and Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak! I can’t help but marvel at how stunning Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak is; the magic of nature has truly given this place a vibrant, lively kind of beauty. Highly recommend a private car tour—it’s so convenient and lets you set your own route! You can stop anytime you spot a scenic view to wander, take photos, or just soak it all in. The “jelly sea” was crystal clear, and stepping on the sand felt so soft and comfortable. ⚠️ Key Tip: Always check the weather first! In my opinion, visiting the island on a cloudy day would definitely take away from the beauty. Also, the UV rays on the island are super strong—make sure to do a thorough job of sun protection! My neck got a bit sunburned because I slacked off 😣. 🚤 Another Must-Try: Speedboat Ride The speedboat experience was amazing! The ride lasts about 30 minutes, and the captain knows exactly how to balance thrill and comfort—there are exciting, fast parts but also calm stretches so you won’t feel uneasy. I held my phone steady the whole time, and the captain even stopped to give us time to take photos—he really cared about making sure tourists had a good time! ⛰️ For Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, you don’t have to hunt down that super popular “iconic spot” for photos. Other viewpoints are just as great for taking stunning shots! This time, I didn’t visit any of the viral cafes on the island—I felt like the best part of being here was simply enjoying the scenery, not chasing trends. I skipped Hyeopjae Beach because later I went to Hyeopjae Beach which had way better reviews! 🏖️ At Hyeopjae Beach, I tried the black sesame Starbucks drink—it was delicious, sweet, and had chewy mochi bits inside hh. Walking barefoot on the sand and letting the seawater lap at my feet felt incredibly relaxing. There weren’t too many tourists here, so it stayed quiet and peaceful… I even got to watch a gorgeous sunset 🌄 in the evening.
