What a lucky find this turned out to be! We originally booked a table at their gorgeous restaurant, By George – which was amazing and totally deserves its own glowing review 😉 – but the hotel itself completely stole our hearts. ❤️ We ended up chatting with Dwight at the front desk, and wow – his knowledge of the building’s history was incredible! He generously offered us a personal tour, diving deep into stories from the early 1900s when Coca-Cola first built this iconic structure. 🥤📜 Then Lavette stepped in – even on a super busy night – and guided us through more highlights, including the original vault where Coca-Cola’s secret formula was once stored! 🔐🤫 Walking through those halls felt like stepping back in time. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designed in a stunning Beaux-Arts style – every corner is rich with detail and grandeur. 🏛️💫 We were so impressed by the hospitality, the history, and the sheer beauty of this place that we’ve already decided: we’re coming back to stay!
